Trey Bayne, CFO - For the past 16 years, Mr. Bayne has performed management of tax compliances and accounting for a variety of businesses. He began his career at Ernst & Young's federal tax group working with entrepreneurs, high net-worth individuals, financial institutions, corporations, and trusts and estates. Mr. Bayne joined KPMG in 1999, working in their International Group for three years in Paris.

After returning to the United States, Mr. Bayne was named the Director of Taxation at a top 25 Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas, accounting firm. For three years, he worked with small and medium-sized enterprises in the region on a variety of tax and business matters. In 2005, Mr. Bayne founded the MB Group, LLC, a public accounting and professional services firm. Since then, Mr. Bayne has founded several companies and has performed all levels of CEO and CFO functions for those businesses.
